This is a challenge we are all doing together that will motivate you to be a better version of yourself. Finally, strive to complete a challenge, gain confidence, and feel better about yourself.
Week 1 Meditation
Hello, and welcome to this vibrational wealth meditation to start off the 75-day Hard Physical Wealth Challenge. In this meditation, you will be preparing mentally for the next 75 days.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position, either in a chair with your feet flat on the ground, or sitting cross-legged on the ground. Take a deep breath in for seven seconds, hold it, and release. Another deep breath in, hold it, and release. And another deep breath in, hold it, and release.
This is our first meditation in this challenge. Just allow your body to be. Whatever your breath is, whatever movements might come up, just allow them to be. If thoughts start to come up, just imagine you are putting those thoughts into an empty folder and filing them away for later. It’s okay, just allow yourself to be.
As we prepare for this Physical Wealth Challenge, we will be shifting your mindset so that you can breeze through this challenge with total ease and power. But before we do that, you have to be ready. Breathing in and out through your nose, or if it’s more comfortable, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow yourself to simply feel into your body and start to examine what goals you want to achieve in the next 75 days. Are you willing to take the steps required to claim your power, gain your confidence, boost your self esteem, and feel empowered to finally complete a challenge?
Now, let’s pay attention to what goals you want to achieve. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to become more consistent? Do you want to build a strength? Do you want to drink more water? Examine your goals now.
Now, think about what will be the hardest part of the challenge for you. Is it working out twice a day? Drinking a gallon of water? Not having alcohol? Reading every day?
Now, envision those challenging parts coming to you easily and effortlessly. See yourself completing each task every single day. Envision yourself working out twice a day. What kind of workouts will you do? What are you wearing for your workout?
Envision yourself for reading your favorite personal development book? Where are you sitting? What are you reading. Envision yourself drinking a gallon of water a day. What are you drinking out of? Is your water flavored, what flavors? Envision yourself sticking to your diet of choice. What are you eating?
Now, was that so hard? It was easy. This challenge is easy. Now, envision yourself checking off the checklist every single day as you complete your tasks. Say these affirmations in your mind, “I am ready for this Physical Wealth Challenge. I am ready for this Physical Wealth Challenge. I’m ready for this Physical Wealth Challenge.” Now open your eyes.
