Welcome to the first week of the 75-Day Hard Physical Wealth Challenge.

Today we will be doing the VFT tapping portion of the challenge. If you’re not familiar with our channel and what tapping is, it is vibrational frequency tapping. What that is, is emotional acupuncture in your body for your soul to get rid of any kind of blocks that you have within your body.


If you’ve ever had any challenges losing weight, have any kind of limiting beliefs, those are all blocks that are pent up in your body. What we’re going to do today is move that around in order for you to release them so that the weight could come off and then the actual challenge could be an easy part for you.

Every week you were going to have a new meditation and a new VFT tapping video for you for this challenge for the next 75 days.

Tapping Points

There are different tapping points on the body, similar to meridian points. You’re going to start out by tapping on the side of your hand. This is called the karate chop. Then top of the head, eyebrow point, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, the chin, the collarbone, which is right underneath the collarbone in the soft spot, and under the arm.

Rate yourself

Before we start, I want you to rate yourself on a scale of one through 10, 10 being, “Oh my gosh, I am so afraid of this challenge. I have all these limiting beliefs. I’ve never completed a 75-day challenge before. How am I going to do this?” and one being, “75 days, no cheat meals, I got this.” Rate yourself on a scale of a one through 10.

I will begin by saying an affirmation and then you’re going to repeat it after me.

Tapping Session

Let’s begin on the side of our hand.
Even though I have this fear of the 75 Hard Challenge,
I deeply and completely love, forgive, and accept myself.
Even though the 75 Challenge scares me
because that’s really long
and I’ve never really completed a challenge that long,
and even though I have this fear
because I don’t think I can complete it,
I deeply and completely love, forgive, and accept myself.

Eyebrow: This challenge seems so hard.
Side of the Eye: 75 days seems so long.
Under the Eye: I’ve never completed a challenge this long,
Under the Nose: and I’m a little afraid that I might fail.
Chin: If I fail, I have to start over again
Collarbone: and that’s going to be another 75 days.
Under the Arm: That’s really scaring me,
Top of Head: because I’m putting these beliefs on myself that it’s going to be really hard.

Eyebrow: These 75 days that I’m not looking forward to, I just want it to be over already.
Side of the Eye: I’m looking at the finish line, but I haven’t even started.
Under the Eye: Why am I doing that? Is it because I’m afraid that I can’t work out twice a day?
Under the Nose: Can I not drink a gallon of water?
Chin: Can I not read 11 pages of a book?
Collarbone: Can I not smoke for 75 days?
Under the Arm: Can I not have alcohol for 75 days?
Top of Head: Why am I putting these beliefs on myself?

Eyebrow: I’m doing this to myself.
Side of the Eye: I’m making this challenge more difficult than it is,
Under the Eye: because in reality,
Under the Nose: I know in 75 days I’m going to look so good.
Chin: I know my body’s going to feel great from all that water that I drink
Collarbone: and so healthy from not eating any sugar and not having any alcohol.
Under the Arm: So instead of fearing this challenge,
Top of Head: I need to look at it as a good thing.

Eyebrow: I’m taking all of these beliefs,
Side of the Eye: getting them out of my body,
Under the Eye: out of my heart,
Under the Nose: out of my soul,
Chin: and I’m going to believe that this challenge is going to be easy.
Collarbone: I’m going to easily complete these tasks every single day.
Under the Arm: That’s going to be easy
Top of Head: because Tom and Ania created a checklist for me.

Eyebrow: I can easily mark off, day by day, all the tasks that I’ve completed.
Side of the Eye: I can go into the Facebook group
Under the Eye: and I can find an accountability partner
Under the Nose: and we could do it together.
Chin: This challenge is going to be so much fun
Collarbone: because we’re all doing it together.
Under the Arm: It’s not just one person doing it.
Top of Head: I don’t have to do it alone, we’re in this together.

Eyebrow: I’m adding the belief
Side of the Eye: that this challenge is going to be fun and easy.
Under the Eye: After the 75 days,
Under the Nose: I’m going to look so freaking good
Chin: and I’m going to feel so healthy.
Collarbone: My confidence is going to be up
Under the Arm: and my self-esteem is going to be amazing,
Top of Head: all because I completed this challenge.

Eyebrow: I’m getting all of the scary beliefs out of me now,
Side of the Eye: out of my body, mind, heart, and soul,
Under the Eye: and I’m instilling the new beliefs
Under the Nose: that this is fun and enjoyable
Chin: and good for me
Collarbone: and we’re doing this together.
Under the Arm: I’m tapping them out of my body, mind,
Top of Head: heart and soul, and spirit.

Take a deep breath in, hold it, release.

Hopefully by now you feel like this challenge is going to be so much easier and you don’t have anything to fear.

Again, rate yourself on a scale of a one to 10, 10 being, “Oh my gosh, I’m still so afraid of this challenge,” and one being, “Easy peasy. I’ve got this for the next 75 days.”
